We are happy to bill your dental insurance company for your benefit on any services rendered. Patty will simply need to have your most current insurance ID card. Do remember, however, that payment for any services rendered by Dr. Faber are ultimately the responsibility of the patient if their insurance company does not pay. Very simply put our goal is to provide you-the patient-with the best quality dental care that you need and desire. This is not necessarily the goal of your dental insurance company whose profits are driven by what they don’t have to pay for. Dental insurance typically requires an out-of-pocket patient co-pay for any given service. This co-payment is usually some percentage, which varies with the service, of Dr. Fabers’ fee. Also know that dental insurance is designed only to cover minimal services for a patient who has had ongoing, regular, quality dental care. Insurance is not designed to and will not cover extensive treatment of a mouth that has been neglected.

Financing
If a patient desires or needs dental services not covered by insurance and/or cannot pay for treatment as it is rendered, we have a financing option through a third-party financier. Dental Fee Plan (DFP) is a financial company which extends easy credit to qualified applicants for their proposed dental treatment plan. The way DFP works is like a small, low-interest loan for dental treatment. Once a credit application is accepted, DFP remunerates Dr. Faber for the patients’ treatment fees. The patient then has merely to make monthly payments to DFP and their dental treatment can proceed uninterrupted and unencumbered by finances. We accept cash, check, Mastercard and Visa. Dr. Faber welcomes Senior Citizens and is happy to offer a discount of ten percent on an extensive treatment plan to his Senior patients.
