Patty, Dr. Faber, Jocie (Click on image for larger view)

Patricia Davis has a history with our dental practice dating back to 1976 when she started as a chairside assistant. She now wears many hats acting as Dr. Fabers’ receptionist, insurance coordinator and scheduler of patient appointments. Patty, as she is known, is originally from Glendale but now calls Laguna Niguel home. She lives with husband Joe, a Captain with the Orange County Sheriffs’ Department , and her two dogs. Patty has two daughters, both schoolteachers, who live nearby and enjoys spending time with them. "For me, modern dentistry is most gratifying when I see a patients smile change from self-conscious to self-confident in the course of treatment. We have successfully treated a couple of male long-time patients recently who were unhappy with their front teeth. I never thought either one of them would have pursued cosmetic dentistry."

Jocelyn Hutchens, R.D.A. has also been a long-time employee of the practice having started with Dr. Broder in 1980. "Jocie", as we call her, lives in San Clemente with her two children age 7(Dean) and 11(Kristina). She is an animal lover and has many pets including two turtles and a Jack Russel Terrier named appropriately-Jack. Jocie helps keep the dental office atmosphere light with her zany sense of humor and lighthearted approach to life. Gita Shahangian, R.D.H. has been with our practice for 4 years. She lives in Laguna Hills with her husband and two young boys. In fact the youngest of Gitas’ two boys was born just before Christmas 2000. Gita receives warm appreciation from all of our patients for the gentle skill she employs when cleaning their teeth. Originally born in France of Persian ancestry, Gita speaks Kristy Landgren, R.D.H. is the newest member of our office staff having just begun seeing hygiene patients in our office in February, 2001. We are very excited to have Kristy who brings with her 20 years of experience doing gentle cleanings and periodontal maintenance. She is an accomplished musician in her spare time and her band has just released their first recording. Kristy lives in nearby Irvine and also works part-time for another dentist in Los Angeles. Dr. Tricia Williams received her D.D.S. from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1997. Prior to attending L.L.U.S.D., she earned her B.S. degree in History and Government from Pacific Union College in the Napa Valley. Dr. Williams is currently pursuing a masters degree in Biomedical and Clinical Ethics at Loma Linda University. Her knowledge of Ethics as they pertain to dentistry has availed her the honor of guest lecturing on occasion to the students at L.L.U.S.D. Dr. Williams enjoys seeing patients in our office and is particularly skilled in the diagnosis and treatment recommendations for patients with periodontal disease. Dr. Williams was raised in Farmington, New Mexico where her parents still live. However three of her four siblings now reside in Southern California with their families. Dr. Williams maintains a very close relationship with all of her family and enjoys trips home to New Mexico whenever time allows. She, like Dr. Faber, enjoys the mild climate of Southern California and the rewards of a coastal lifestyle.
